Short answerIndian citizens can get a visa on arrival in Indonesia. Up to 30 days per visit.

How long you can stay
Up to 30 days per visit.
What you need
  • Passport valid for at least 6 months from date of arrival
  • Return or onward ticket
  • VOA fee (IDR 500,000), paid on arrival or purchased in advance via the eVOA online system
  • All Indonesia arrival declaration (allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or the All Indonesia app), free, can be filled in from 3 days before arrival — mandatory for every passenger arriving from abroad since 1 October 2025
Good to know
Indonesia's Directorate General of Immigration (Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi) publishes the official country list for Visa on Arrival eligibility, and India ('India') appears on that list. This matches the standard VOA terms this project has already verified for other VOA-eligible nationalities entering Indonesia (30 days, IDR 500,000 fee, extendable once for a further 30 days). Arrival declaration: Ministry of Immigration and Corrections (Kemenimipas), 'Mulai 1 Oktober, Deklarasi Kedatangan Penumpang Wajib Dilakukan di Aplikasi All Indonesia' (1 Oct 2025), https://kemenimipas.go.id/berita-utama/mulai-1-oktober-deklarasi-kedatangan-penumpang-wajib-dilakukan-di-aplikasi-all-indonesia, checked 2026-10-05.
