- VOA fee (IDR 500,000), paid on arrival or purchased in advance via the eVOA online system
- All Indonesia arrival declaration (allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or the All Indonesia app), free, can be filled in from 3 days before arrival — mandatory for every passenger arriving from abroad since 1 October 2025

- United States is on Indonesia's official Visa on Arrival subject list. VOA gives an initial 30-day stay and can be extended once at a local immigration office for a further 30 days (60 days total) and can be converted to another stay permit through the bridging-visa mechanism (imigrasi.go.id, B1 visa page). VOA can be obtained on arrival at designated airports/seaports/land crossings or purchased in advance online via the eVOA portal (evisa.imigrasi.go.id).
