These terms apply when you use odyssway.com, its tools, its data, its API and its embeddable calculator and "Can I bring it?" box ("Odyssway"). By using Odyssway, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who runs Odyssway

Odyssway is run by Yasna Mineva, a private individual based in Bulgaria. Contact: support@odyssway.com.

Odyssway is an independent project. It is not a government service and is not affiliated with the European Union, eu-LISA, or any border, immigration, customs or health authority.

What Odyssway is, and isn't

Odyssway gives general information about entry rules, permitted stays, customs allowances and related procedures, and tools that apply those rules to the dates and details you enter.

  • It is not legal advice. Nothing on the site creates a lawyer–client or any other advisory relationship. For your own case, speak to the competent authority or a qualified adviser.
  • It is not medical advice. Information about medicines describes what border and health authorities allow, not whether a medicine is right for you. Never stop or change a medicine because of a travel rule without talking to your doctor.
  • It is not an official decision. Border, immigration and customs officers decide whether you may enter, how long you may stay and what you may bring. Their decision applies, whatever Odyssway says.
  • Results are estimates. The calculator and Trip Check only know what you enter. A wrong or missing date, or a situation the tool doesn't cover, gives a wrong result.

Accuracy

We check our information against official sources and show the date of each check. But rules change, sometimes overnight and without notice, official sources can themselves be wrong or out of date, and we can make mistakes. We can't guarantee that any information is complete, accurate or current.

Before you travel, and before any decision that matters (booking, applying for a visa, carrying a medicine, sending a letter to an authority), confirm the rule with the official source we link to. If you find an error, please tell us at support@odyssway.com.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your travel, for the documents you need, for what you carry across borders, and for any letter or request you send to an authority, including those based on our templates. Use the site lawfully and don't try to disrupt it, overload it, or access it in ways it isn't meant to be accessed.

Liability

Odyssway is provided free of charge and "as is", without promises that it will be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, Odyssway, including refused entry, fines, entry bans, detention, missed or cancelled travel, confiscated items, or costs of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.

Our content and data

The site's text, design and software belong to us. You may read, print and share pages for personal use.

You may use our rule data and the public API (see /developers) free of charge, including in your own products, on these conditions:

  • show a visible link to odyssway.com wherever you display the data;
  • don't present our data as official, or as your own verified work;
  • keep each fact's source and check date when you republish it;
  • don't overload the API; we may limit or block abusive use.

The same disclaimers apply to everyone who receives the data through you.

You may embed the calculator or the "Can I bring it?" box using the code on /widget, without changing how they work and keeping the credit link.

Photos on the site come from Pixabay and are used under the Pixabay Content License; each is credited to its photographer.

Trademarks

Medicine and brand names such as Adderall, Ozempic, Wegovy or Mounjaro are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to identify the products our information is about. Their owners don't endorse or sponsor Odyssway.

Links to other sites

We link to official and third-party websites so you can check our sources. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or availability.

Changes

We may update the site, its tools and these terms. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. If you keep using Odyssway after a change, the new terms apply. We can change or stop any part of the service at any time.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you use Odyssway as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. Otherwise, the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, have jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
