Up to 14 days per visit.

  • Completed online pre-arrival registration (PAR) and its notification slip, carried with the same passport used to register
  • Onward or return ticket
  • Adequate funds to cover the stay without working
Good to know
Indian nationals may visit or transit Hong Kong visa-free for up to 14 days per visit only after completing pre-arrival registration online. Registration is free and valid for six months, allowing multiple visits. Without the notification slip and the same passport, the traveller is refused boarding and entry. Holders of diplomatic passports, valid visas, or e-Channel enrolment, and direct air transit passengers, are exempt from PAR. Visitors may not take up employment (paid or unpaid), start or join a business, or study, and can't normally change status after arrival; to stay longer than the visa-free period you must obtain a visa or entry permit before travelling.
