Short answerChinese citizens can visit Singapore without a visa. Up to 30 days per visit.

How long you can stay
Up to 30 days per visit.
What you need
  • Passport valid at least 6 months
  • Return/onward ticket
  • SG Arrival Card (submitted online before arrival)
  • Proof of sufficient funds/accommodation if requested at the checkpoint
Good to know
With effect from 9 February 2024, holders of ordinary passports issued by the People's Republic of China are exempt from Singapore visa requirements for stays of up to 30 days, under a mutual visa-exemption arrangement between Singapore and China. Chinese diplomatic, public affairs and service passport holders were already visa-exempt for 30 days. Other PRC-related travel documents (Hong Kong SAR DOI, Macau SAR Travel Permit, PRC Travel Document) still require a visa unless eligible for the separate 96-hour Visa-Free Transit Facility, which explicitly excludes ordinary PRC passport holders.
