Short answerUkrainian citizens need a visa to visit Singapore. Your visa sets how long you can stay.

How long you can stay
Your visa sets how long you can stay.
What you need
  • Singapore entry visa obtained in advance (via a Singapore Overseas Mission, or online e-Service through a Singapore-based sponsor/travel agent)
  • Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond date of entry
  • SG Arrival Card (SGAC) submitted online within 3 days before arrival
  • Supporting documents as required for the visa application (e.g. invitation letter, proof of funds, itinerary)
Good to know
ICA's dedicated Ukraine visa-detail page confirms: 'You will need a visa to enter Singapore if you are holding a travel document issued by this country', with an exception for holders of Ukrainian diplomatic, official and service passports (visa not needed for them). Standard visa processing fee is SGD 30, typically processed within about 3 working days per ICA, though third-party sources report longer waits during peak periods.
