Short answerUkrainian citizens need a visa to visit South Africa. Your visa sets how long you can stay.

What you need
  • A South African visa obtained in advance from a South African embassy, high commission, consulate, or VFS Global visa application centre
Good to know
Ukrainian ordinary/tourist passport holders are not on South Africa's visa-exemption list — only diplomatic, official and service passport holders are exempt (those three columns show 90 days on the DHA schedule; the Ordinary column is blank, and the row is marked as subject to a visa fee). A South African visa is required before travel.
