What you need

Good to know
UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs lists Spain as "Visa Free" (mofa.gov.ae/en/visa-exemptions-for-non-citizen, checked 2026-10-02). The stay limit comes from Spanish government travel advice (the legal source): a free entry stamp on arrival allows at most 90 days in any 180-day period, in one or several visits — the EU–UAE short-stay visa waiver in force since May 2015 (per France's and Italy's travel advice). Working is not allowed on this entry. Since December 2023 the UAE may refuse passports that show 'X' in place of a name or date of birth (per French and German travel advice). For longer stays, a visa is needed via the official ICP/GDRFA channels.
