Short answerSpanish citizens can get a visa on arrival in Saudi Arabia. Up to 90 days in any 365-day period.

How long you can stay
Up to 90 days in any 365-day period.
What you need
  • Passport valid for at least 6 months
  • Tourist eVisa applied for online at visa.visitsaudi.com before travel (recommended), or a tourist visa issued on arrival
  • Medical insurance (required for the tourist visa)
Good to know
The official Saudi eVisa portal (visa.visitsaudi.com, checked 2026-10-02) lists Spain among its eligible countries and describes the tourist eVisa as "a one-year, multiple entry visa, allowing tourists to spend up to 90 days in the country". On-arrival issuance: Spanish travel advice states the tourist visa can also be obtained on arrival at all the Kingdom's airports and land border crossings (SAR 380 on arrival) (legal source). The tourist visa covers tourism, family visits, events and Umrah (not Hajj, not study or work). Entry is refused to holders of passports bearing Israeli stamps or visas (per French travel advice).
