- Up to 30 days per visit.
- What you need
- Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay
- Return or onward ticket to your next destination

- Good to know
- Spanish nationals are on the DFA's list of countries whose nationals may enter visa-free for an initial stay of 30 days under Executive Order No. 408 (checked 2 Oct 2026); they are not on the separate 59-day bilateral list (only Brazil and Israel). The stay can be extended at a Bureau of Immigration office (the French MFA cites up to 29 more days, 59 in total, for a fee). Cross-checked against the Spanish foreign ministry's travel advice (checked 2 Oct 2026).
