Short answerArgentine citizens can visit Malaysia without a visa. Up to 90 days per visit.

How long you can stay
Up to 90 days per visit.
What you need
  • Argentine passport valid for at least 6 months at the moment of entering Malaysia
  • Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC), completed online before arrival (mandatory for foreign travellers since 1 December 2023)
  • Yellow fever vaccination certificate — the Embassy page states it is required; Malaysia's Immigration Department says it applies to travellers arriving from yellow-fever-risk countries
Good to know
Embassy of Malaysia in Buenos Aires (MFA Malaysia): for Argentinians the entry is stamped on arrival (no advance visa application) with a stay of 3 months ("Duration of Stay: Argentina - 3 Month"). Malaysia's Immigration Department's visa-requirement list does not include Argentina. Because the Embassy words this as a stamp on arrival while the Immigration Department treats Argentina as visa-exempt, this is recorded as visa-free (no visa to apply for or pay for) — a stamped social visit pass at the border.
