Short answerArgentine citizens can get a visa on arrival in Rwanda. Up to 30 days per visit.

How long you can stay
Up to 30 days per visit.
What you need
  • Passport or other genuine travel document valid for at least 6 months
  • Passport-style photo (required if applying in advance via the Irembo government portal)
Good to know
Rwanda has granted visa-on-arrival access to citizens of all countries since 1 Jan 2018 (no prior application required — DGIE 'Visa on arrival' policy page). Argentine nationals are not from a country that is a member of the African Union, Commonwealth, or La Francophonie, and Argentina is not on Rwanda's named 90-day visa-free list, so the standard Holiday/Tourism (V1) visa applies: USD 50 for a single-entry visa valid 30 days, or USD 70 for a multiple-entry visa valid 90 days (Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration — Visitors visa, V1 Holiday visa terms). The visa can be obtained online in advance via the Irembo government portal, at a Rwandan diplomatic mission, or directly on arrival at Kigali International Airport or any land border.
