Can you bring cannabis or CBD to Singapore?
Short answer
Prohibited
Cannabis
prohibitedCannabis, cannabis extracts, THC, CBD and related cannabinoids are separately and absolutely prohibited under the Fourth Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs Regulations, regardless of prescription or approval — this is a distinct, harder line than the ordinary controlled-medication approval process (HSA Appendix A), which does not apply here. Singapore enforces the Misuse of Drugs Act with severe penalties, including for personal-use quantities.
Also covers: cannabis, marijuana, weed, thc, hashish, cbd, cannabidiol, cannabis oil, hemp oil
