Short answerMalaysian citizens can visit Turkey without a visa. Up to 90 days in any 180-day period.

How long you can stay
Up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
What you need
  • Passport valid for at least 60 days beyond the length of stay in Türkiye (Law No. 6458 Art. 7.1(b))
Good to know
MFA's country list states this exemption as "up to 90 days" without repeating the "180-day period" wording used for some other nationalities on the same page; applied here under Türkiye's general 90-days-in-180-days visa-exemption rule (Law No. 6458), which the same MFA page states explicitly for other exempt nationalities (e.g. United States, Canada, Australia). See data/UNVERIFIED/TODO.md for this caveat.

Is your passport valid long enough?

The rule: Passport valid for at least 60 days beyond the length of stay in Türkiye (Law No. 6458 Art. 7.1(b))
