Short answerIsraeli citizens can visit Albania without a visa. Up to 90 days in any 180-day period.

How long you can stay
Up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
What you need
  • Passport valid for at least 3 months after your planned departure from Albania and issued within the last 10 years
Good to know
Albania's Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs lists foreign nationals who enter and stay in the Schengen Area without a visa among those who enter Albania without a visa; Israeli citizens are visa-exempt for Schengen short stays (Regulation (EU) 2018/1806, Annex II). Albania's Law No. 79/2021 "On Foreigners" (Art. 29(2), as amended 2025) gives visa-exempt foreigners 90 days within 180 days from entry, unless a bilateral agreement or Council of Ministers decision provides otherwise; after using 90 days you may re-enter once the 180-day period has passed (Art. 29(3)). Register with the local border and migration authority within 10 days of entry as a rule (Art. 29(5)). Passport rule from the same MFA sheet. Albania's per-country visa table (MFA PDF) could not be retrieved; a bilateral agreement could grant a longer stay than shown here, never a shorter one.
