  Allowances cannot be combined or pooled among travelers. Vaping devices, e-cigarettes and heated-tobacco products are separately restricted/prohibited from import under Vietnam's e-cigarette ban (effective 1 January 2025); check current e-cigarette rules separately before packing vape devices.
