Can you bring fresh fruit or produce to Cyprus?

Short answer
Depends on specifics

  • Fresh produce

    depends on specifics

Plants, fruit, vegetables and cut flowers from outside the EU may not be brought in your luggage unless accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate. No certificate is needed for pineapples, coconuts, durians, bananas and dates. Cyprus Customs additionally requires a licence from the Director of the Department of Agriculture and a phytosanitary inspection for flowers and plants.

Also covers: fruit, vegetables, plants, seeds, flowers, cut flowers, soil, nuts
