Same SUNAT rule as personal medication: 'medicamentos' for personal use need no declaration, and 'medios auxiliares y equipos necesarios para tu control médico... medidores de presión arterial, temperatura o glucosa, entre otros' are allowed in a quantity 'razonable para tu viaje' for travellers who are ill or disabled. SUNAT does not name specific brands (so no GLP-1 brand names are listed here) and does not mention syringes or needles specifically.

Also covers: insulin, insulin pen, injectable medication, glucose meter, diabetes supplies

SUNAT lists 'medicamentos' among personal-use goods that pay no tax and need no baggage declaration 'siempre que sean para tu uso personal'. Medical aids and equipment you need (wheelchairs, crutches, blood-pressure, temperature or glucose meters, etc.) are also free in a 'reasonable quantity for your trip'. Narcotic and psychotropic medicines are controlled substances in Peru (DIGEMID, D.S. 023-2001-SA) and are NOT covered by this row — see the controlled-medication entry. SUNAT does not state a prescription requirement for accompanied baggage; carrying your prescription is prudent but not a cited rule.
