    prohibited

Bringing cannabis into Colombia without a licence is a crime, even in transit and even in small amounts.

Código Penal (Ley 599 de 2000) Art. 376 as modified by Ley 1453 de 2011: anyone who 'sin permiso de autoridad competente, introduzca al país, así sea en tránsito o saque de él' narcotic or psychotropic substances faces 128–360 months' prison; if the quantity does not exceed 1,000 g of marijuana or 200 g of hashish the penalty is 64–108 months. The only carve-out (added by Ley 1787 de 2016) is medical/scientific cannabis use under licences from the Ministry of Health or Ministry of Justice. Domestic 'personal dose' rules do not authorise import. CBD products are not specifically addressed by this source — treat as unverified. Travel advice (gov.uk) also stresses severe penalties for drug possession and trafficking.
