Can you bring e-cigarettes or vapes to Georgia?

Short answer
Allowed, within limits

  • E-cigarettes

    allowed, within limits

Within the same passenger tobacco allowance (aged 18+, hand luggage/baggage, personal or family use or as a gift), the Revenue Service's brochure allows 50 ml of electronic-cigarette liquid duty-free per 30 calendar days. E-cigarette liquid is expressly excluded from the general GEL 500 / GEL 3,000 goods-value allowance and from the food allowance, so it can't be brought in under those.

This covers the customs duty-free allowance for e-liquid only. The brochure doesn't address vaping devices themselves, nicotine strength limits, or Georgia's domestic tobacco-control rules for e-cigarettes, and no separate Georgian import ban on devices was found in this pass — confirm devices and pods with Georgian Customs if you're carrying more than a personal setup.

Also covers: e-cigarette, vape, vaping liquid, e-liquid, vape juice, electronic cigarette
