Brunei entry requirements for Chilean citizens

Short answerChilean citizens need a visa to visit Brunei. Your visa sets how long you can stay.

How long you can stay
Your visa sets how long you can stay.
What you need
  • Passport valid for at least 6 months
  • A Brunei visa from the nearest Brunei mission abroad (BND 20; processing about 3 working days): application form, passport copy, 2 colour photos, confirmed return ticket, accommodation details
  • Brunei electronic arrival declaration (the UK advises submitting it before you travel, as it may be checked at check-in)
Good to know
Brunei's foreign ministry puts this passport in Category B: you need a visa before you travel, applied for in person at the nearest Brunei mission (or by secured courier where there is none). The ministry's pages carry no date; the UK and Italian travel advice match them for their own citizens. Both governments say an electronic arrival declaration is required; the UK says your passport needs 6 months' validity from arrival, Italy just 6 months.

Is your passport valid long enough?
