allowed, within limitsOne cartridge/carton of cigarettes (200 cigarettes), or 25 cigars, or 200 grams of tobacco, duty-free per traveller, per the Egyptian Customs Authority's published passenger exemptions.
A separate duty-free-shop purchase allowance (within 48 hours of arrival) permits an additional 2 cartridges of cigarettes for tourists/transit passengers (2 cartridges for returning residents too), on top of the general personal-baggage allowance above.
