Prohibited

prohibitedDCEA (in Swahili): under the Drugs Control and Enforcement Act, Cap. 95, involvement of any kind with cannabis ("kulima, kuuza, kuhifadhi, kutumia, kuichakata" — growing, selling, storing/possessing, using, processing) is a criminal offence, "adhabu yake inafikia hadi KIFUNGO CHA MAISHA JELA" (the penalty can be up to life imprisonment).
