Can you bring HGH to the United Kingdom?

Short answer
Allowed, within limits

The official rule for the United Kingdom below names HGH. The same rule also covers the other medicines it lists, so read the conditions carefully.

  • Growth hormone

    allowed, within limits

Growth hormone (somatropin, somatotropin, somatrem) and HCG are controlled drugs in Schedule 4 Part 2 of the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001. The law allows you to bring them in person for your own use. Carry them in your hand luggage, bring no more than 3 months' supply, and if you don't live in the UK, carry a letter signed by your prescriber with your name, travel dates, and the medicine's name, amount, dose and strength. Medicine you can't prove was prescribed to you may be seized.

The exemption only covers bringing it yourself, for yourself. Having growth hormone or HCG posted or couriered to you from abroad is not covered, and gov.uk says medicine sent to you by post will be taken away. Peptides that are not on this list, such as BPC-157 or TB-500, are not covered by this entry.

Also covers: growth hormone, human growth hormone, hgh, somatropin, somatotropin, somatrem, hcg, chorionic gonadotrophin, human chorionic gonadotropin
