Can you bring alcohol to Macao?
Short answer
Allowed, within limits
Alcohol
allowed, within limitsEach day a person may bring in, for their own use and without declaring, 1 litre of drinks with an alcoholic strength over 30% by volume. Dutiable goods above the allowance must be declared to Customs on arrival.
The allowance list covers drinks over 30% only; it doesn't state a quantity for weaker drinks. Commercial goods worth more than MOP 5,000 must always be declared. Failing to declare, or a false declaration, can lead to prosecution and confiscation.
Also covers: alcohol, spirits, liquor, whisky, vodka, wine
